1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. The "Prohibited Activities" section of our Terms of Service provides a comprehensive list of actions that are strictly forbidden. Key prohibitions include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal Content and Activities:" Transmitting any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Harm to Minors: Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• Security Violations: Attempting to breach the security measures of our Services, including uploading viruses, spamming, or launching denial-of-service attacks.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

2. Content Standards

All content you generate, post, or share through our Services ("Contributions") must comply with these standards. Your Contributions must not:

• Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Be likely to deceive any person.
• Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act.
• Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to monitor the use of our Services to ensure compliance with this AUP and our Terms of Service. We may, in our sole discretion, take any action we deem necessary in response to a violation, including:

• Removing or refusing to post any Contribution for any or no reason.
• Issuing warnings to the offending user.
• Suspending or permanently terminating your account and access to the Services.
• Disclosing your identity or other information about you to law enforcement authorities.
• Taking appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you agree to immediately notify us and provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation. To report a violation, please contact us at support@myriad.services or use the in-app reporting features.

5. Modifications to this Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The revised version will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use our Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified policy.
